Glue bound notebook production line AFPF-1020C-P2, is a fully automatic production line for cold glue bound notebook, including office use notebook, school student use notebook, etc.

3. Water base flexo ruling. The 4-groups of metal webbing distributor rollers in the printing section realize 2 colors printing on double sides, using timing belt to make sure printing accuracy.

4. Perforating & Slitter. CNC liner dovetail groove structure is adpoted so it is very convenient to adjust the size of notebook. Imported blades are the first option to ensure they are durable and reliable.

12-1 Cover separation. The cover separation device is located at the front of the glue conveyor, adpoted the mini-cylinder and pneumatic sucker sucks the back cover page and top cover page and synchronized with the rubber chain. After entering the guide groove,the sucker is returned by the pen-type linear cylinder to complete the layout of a cluster block.
