Printing Unit (3 color on double-face)
The 6-group metal webbing distributor rollers structure in printing section realizes three-color
on double sides.The core shaft up & down are controlled by hydraulic ram. Use timing belt is
used to ensure printing accuracy. Regulator eccentric roller manually, printing roller operating
button, water ink fexographic printing unit.
Perforating & slitting
CNC liner dovetail groove structure is adopted so it is very convenient to adjust the size of
notebook. Imported blades are the first option to ensure they are durable and reliable.
The Back Cover/Title Feeder
It ensure 50-300g paper to run stable at high speed. Also it need not worker management
since automatic alarm when machine breakdown, as a result, it saving the labor resource,
reduce the machine working time when stop for replace outer and improve the work effect
of the whole production line.
Master Operational Console
Famous brands in Europe control components are adpoted, such as German Siemens PLC,
German Siemens motor, frequency transformer and servo driver, French Schneider Low
Voltage eletrical apparatus.
The Cover Separation Device
The cover separation device is in the front of the glue conveyor, adpoted the mini-cylinder and
pneumatic sucker sucks the back cover and cover page and synchronized with the rubber chain.
After entering the guide groove, the sucker returns by the pen-type linear cylinder to complete
the layout of a cluster block.
The groove-shape guiding groove enables raliable isolation among the top cover page and the
buttom cover page and inner pages, and appropriate amount of side coating on the back of the
buttom cover page, the cover page and inside of pages.
